REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund and Cancellation If the Vouchers are Delivered.
As we stated in our Terms and Conditions When a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned and the money refunded.However when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item.
Recharge Voucher, Data Coupons or Internet Calling Cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable if it delivered to the customer. But in case if a product is not delivered due to internet connectivity issues or Bataqat App's technical problems, the customer can contact the support by raising a ticket.
If the issue is not resolved and the customer is unable to get the voucher code, the full amount will be refunded to the Bataqat customer's account.
